Salon Policies
Booking Process:
All bookings must be made via the designated online booking site. Arne’ & Co. is not responsible for managing requests made outside of the booking site, including but not limited to, text messages, voicemails, social media, etc.
Deposits:
All appointments require a 40% NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE service retainer as well as a valid credit card be placed on file.
Cancellations:
Clients receive a confirmation request 48 hours before their scheduled appointment and another 24 hour appointment reminder to the phone number and/or e-mail on file - client is responsible for having a valid phone number and e-mail on file. Online cancellations can be made within 48 hrs of the scheduled appointment time, and any late cancellations will result in the 40% retainer being forfeited and a new retainer to secure a future appointment. Late cancellation requests must be received via text or e-mail PRIOR to 48 hours before your appointment, otherwise you will be considered a no show.
Class/workshop Payments are non-refundable. Students will have up to 6 months to reschedule and complete the class/workshop. You can reschedule one (1) time with an existing retainer should you need to cancel. Anything after one rescheduling will require a new retainer- classes and workshops are non-transferrable unless approved by the instructor in writing.
Rescheduling:
You can reschedule an appointment one (1) time with an existing retainer should you need to cancel before the 48 hour time frame. Anything after 1 reschedule, will require a new retainer. No shows automatically forfeit any monies paid & will be banned from booking future services at Arne’ & Co.. Rescheduling should be done within 90 days of the date of your last appointment. Anything beyond 90 days will forfeit your retainer.
Late Policy/Grace Period:
Client is allowed a courtesy Grace Period of 5 minutes. After that time, Arne’ & Co. reserves the right to cancel an appointment. If your appointment is canceled, your retainer is forfeited and you must pay another retainer for a future date. Communication is encouraged if you're going to be late, but it does not guarantee accommodating that lateness.
